are limited to specific circumstances, such as cancellations before
dispatch, defective products, or non-delivery resulting from our error.
All refund requests must be submitted by email and are reviewed in
accordance with this policy and applicable requirements for
research-use products.

2. Cancellations Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if the request is received
before the order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not permitted

If you need to cancel an order urgently, please contact us as soon as
possible so we can attempt to stop fulfillment.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within
14 days of receipt by email.
- Include your order number
- Provide a clear description of the issue
- Attach clear photos of the product and packaging
- Retain all packaging until the claim is resolved
Subject to inspection and verification, we may offer a replacement or
refund at our discretion.
4. Non-Delivery or Incorrect Address
If a package is not delivered due to an error on our part, we will provide
a replacement or refund upon verification.
No refunds or replacements will be issued for non-delivery caused by
incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but reported as not received
are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
5. International Orders
International orders are subject to the same refund guidelines as
domestic orders.
No refunds or replacements are provided for packages seized, rejected,
delayed, or held by customs due to non-compliance with local import
regulations.
Customers are responsible for confirming import legality, duties, taxes,
and brokerage fees prior to placing an order.
6. Non-Returnable Products
Due to the sensitive nature of research products, returns are generally
not accepted unless a product is damaged or defective.
Products affected by temperature exposure, mishandling, or transit
conditions may not be eligible for return or refund.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original
payment method used at checkout.
Shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees may be deducted where
relevant.
