If an item is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt, including your order number and photographic evidence. Subject to verification, we may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Packages returned due to incorrect address details or refused delivery may be subject to additional shipping costs and processing limitations.
